I can't believe I missed this....

Just the usual boring transit to work as an intern in the city.

Standing at the platform, waiting for the next train to arrive.

Not even bothered by the time, as I'm probably half-asleep.

A Caucasian man walks past staring and smiling...Half-asleep PM's completely oblivious to this stranger as he had been smiling even when he walked past her.

She finally gets it - 'He's looking at me!!! and then she noticed... 'He's Gorgeous'

He walks down to the other side of the platform, still smiling and glancing back at her. She decides to reciprocate....

He stops at the end of the platform and stares right back at her, smiling and at that moment, he looked even better than she thought. He's with a friend, pointing toward her, still smiling. He seems to want to come up to speak to her...

Train is here...Maybe travel isn't so tedious afterall!! :)

"He can't be the end of the task...no name or number...Just a perfect way for her to start her day"

Let's call him John

This task is proving rather more difficult that I thought, seeing as there isn't much out there...Or maybe I'm not trying hard enough.....

After a long day going back and forth on the Tube, I finally reached my alternative destination...Frustrated at this point, I just wanted to find a cab. Fortunately for me, a cab office was just outside the station...it looked as though things were looking up for me.

I got in, booked my cab and then I noticed John looking. He was cute, but he must have been just an inch taller than me. Not that this is a problem, but on the odd occasion when I do put on those high heels, it might be a problem.

He smiled and I smiled back....Passive PM would have completely ignored him and just waited patiently for her cab.

John walked up to me and in about 10 minutes, we were getting on really well, actually having a conversation. Until, he asked for my number - not that this was a problem, but then when I tried to confirm his name as Charles rather than John, I think he might have been a tad bit offended.

We parted ways, with him seeming rather enthusiastic about seeing me again.....Let's see what happens!!!

"He might be or might not be the end of this task"

Random rambles of the Perplexed...

Most female bloggers focus their blogs on being single and the single life and it makes me wonder whether that's worth blogging about. However, I do find some of the experiences faced rather entertaining.

I've decided to take this blog in a new direction seeing as I have not put up anything for a while. Summer is always an interesting time to write about...with the sun out and nothing to do for months....I'm going to set myself a task...

As one who is single myself - because I find relationships quite tedious, and listening to my girlfriends complaining about their relationships slightly puts me off .

Nevertheless, I'm going to aim to meet someone amazing before the end of the summer.

This involves me actually leaving my house and socialising with things other than my book and the internet ;) (should be easy!!!)

From this moment, P-M stands for Perplexed May...

Perplexed May...taking on a proactive approach to the dating scene!!

It's been soooo Long...

O woah...I've been so MIA for so long. I guess I stopped being bored and so couldn't really blog.

From the last time, I blogged, I'm probably a bit older and wiser - at least I hope that this is the case!!

Getting tired - will decide whether to continue blogging when I'm well-rested!!

Goodnight...xxxx
